Order Issues

When we dispatch your item you will receive an email with a unique tracking number for your parcel. You can opt to receive e-mail or text alerts as the parcel is tracked to your doorstep.

For Standard Shipping your item(s) will be dispatched within 48 hours from receipt of purchase.

All next day orders (placed before 11am) will be dispatched same day.

If your order is showing “order processing”, it means that we are working hard getting your order ready to be sent out. This status may show on your order for longer than normal during busy times. We will email your estimated delivery date in your order confirmation and this includes the time it takes for us to package your order.

Another e-mail is sent when we send your order to you which includes a tracking link to track your parcel to you.

Should your order not arrive to you by the delivery date on your confirmation email, please email us on hello@mostneu.com quoting your order number for further assistance.

We offer free standard UK shipping (Evri Standard Delivery 2-5 business days).

We also offer Evri Tracked Next Day Delivery (24-48 hours) for £5.50.

We offer international shipping to the following areas – Europe (including: Germany, Netherlands, and Norway), USA and Canada, Australia,

We use Royal Mail Standard International Delivery:

Shipping to Europe should take between 3-7 working days for £19.99.

Shipping to the rest of the world should take between 7-10 working days for £27.99.

Please note that during busy holiday seasons postal services may take longer to deliver.

As soon as your order is confirmed you will receive an email from us. Check your spam/junk, if you have not received an email. Alternatively, please feel free to contact us if you need any further help with delivery information.

We offer returns within UK for £3.99, please e-mail us on hello@mostneu.com for a return label. For returns outside of the UK you will need to cover the cost of the return shipping.

You can email us at hello@mostneu.com within 24 hours of placing your order to let us know of any cancellation or amendments. If the item has been shipped out unfortunately you may have to wait and request a refund.

Returns and Refunds

We are happy to offer a refund/exchange for any unwanted item returned within 14 days of delivery. Please be aware that we must receive returns with tags intact within 14 days of delivery.

Please note that all items must be returned unworn and in their original condition, with tags intact.

We will be unable to offer a refund, replacement or exchange for any items that are not in their original state, with intact tags.

We currently offer returns within the UK for £3.99. For international returns you will need to cover the cost of return shipping yourself.

Please e-mail us at hello@mostneu.com and quote your order number and your item number(s) and we will email you a returns label to print.

Once we have received and accepted your returns request, we will process your refund within 14 working days. Your refund will be confirmed by email, and funds will be returned to your original payment method. Your refund can take up to 10 days to show on your statement from the time of issue.

Please contact us on hello@mostneu.com quoting your reference number and we will sort it out for you as soon as possible. The amount you have been refunded can be affected by delivery charge which is only refunded on cancelled/faulty items.

Most of our items are limited in number so once they are gone its gone. Some items may be back in stock and you can add your e-mail address to be notified when an item is back in stock.
